They are very personable, and like to get to know you on a first name basis, which I appreciate. With the other dentists I had been too, I either felt like I was being processed, or was an opportunity to upsell "optional" improvements. In positive contrast, Dr. Parvin and her staff greet me by first name each time I arrive. Are quick to get me in. Ask enough questions and listen to any of my questions and take the time to sit down and offer a range of options, explaining pros and cons of each. So I happened upon Coastal Smile while I was working. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman that took time from his busy day to listen to what I was there for as I was noticing there was something very different from any other dental office that I’ve been in. Dr Parvin is a wonderful dentist, she's very warm and friendly, and always listens to any concern we have.
